Refund Policy
At 4o4 Software, all purchases are final once delivered through the checkout provider. Because products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not issue refunds after purchase.
Exceptions
In rare cases of technical issues preventing access to a purchased product, you may contact support with your order ID and screenshots. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support with your order ID and a detailed description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
